Welcome to Oak Creek Terrace Resort 🌿

We’re so happy you’ve chosen to stay with us in beautiful Sedona! Below you’ll find a few helpful details and resort policies to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

🌐 WiFi Access

We’re pleased to offer complimentary wireless internet to all guests.
Please note that, due to our lush trees and the natural slope of the property, the signal may be limited in some areas and not available inside every room.

🕒 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM

If you plan to arrive early or depart late, just give us a call — we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

🔥 Fireplace Use

For your comfort and safety, please only burn one log at a time, and only use the provided logs in your fireplace.

If you require additional logs, they are available for $9/log at the front office.

Burning real wood is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine

🚭 Non-Smoking Policy

All rooms at Oak Creek Terrace are non-smoking.

A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if smoke or excessive cleaning is required after checkout.

👥 Occupancy Policy

Room rates are based on standard occupancy for each accommodation.

No additional guests beyond the listed occupancy are permitted. This ensures the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests on the property.

🛏️ Linens & Towels

Our linens and towels are provided for in-room use only.

If towels are used down by the creek, a $10 fee per towel will be added to your bill.

🐾 Pet Policy – Dogs Only

When you make your reservation, we have to be made aware if a pet is going to be accompanying you. We regret that we can no longer accept Pitbull’s, Rottweiler’s, Dobermans, or aggressive breeds. 

  • Up to two dogs per room are welcome for a one-time $50 fee per pet per stay.
  • Please keep your furry friends on a leash and do not leave them unattended in the room.
  • For your convenience, we have 2 pet stations for your use around the property. 
  • Dogs are not allowed in the jacuzzi tubs.
  • If your dog sheds, there will be an additional cleaning fee
  • Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
    (We’re sorry, but we cannot accommodate any other types of pets at this time.)

📅 Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.
Please call or email us at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled arrival to cancel or modify your reservation.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay plus tax.
  • We treat early checkouts as cancellations. You will be responsible for the length of your stay.

💳 Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be on file to confirm your reservation.

  • We will charge one night’s stay to your card one day prior to arrival.
  • The remaining balance is due at check-in.
    If your card is declined, Oak Creek Terrace reserves the right to cancel the reservation and release the room.

⚖️ General Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Oak Creek Terrace Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables during your stay.
